Phonics Fun in Kindergarten

One group of students practiced sounding out letters and spelling words with Ms. Winget.

Ms. Winget's group also read a book together called Wag Goes To The Park.

After pointing out the title and the author of the book, the students took turns reading pages of the book together.

Another group of students had fun learning with a box of pictures and magnet letters.

Their task was to put up a picture and then try to spell the picture with the magnets. 

Finally, another group worked independently on their iPads.

All of the students enjoyed participating in the different reading and phonics activities this week!
